Image – Collaborative work by Betty Campbell, Pauline Wangin and Emma Singer. Image courtesy of Mimili Maku

We are so pleased to receive this new Winter Consignment of works from the Mimili Maku Artists. It has been some time since the gallery has had the opportunity to work with this leading APY artist’s community, wonderful to be doing great things together again.

In this world of creative repetition it is so refreshing to see the Mimili Artist’s unique interpretation of country and story. From Senior Artist Puna Yanima’s joyous pastels and animated shapes to the sophisticated patterned works of Rhonda Young and Amy Yilpi. The Women’s Collaborative works are as expected, a total knockout and exciting to see Shane Dodd’s gentle contemporary abstractions.

Please note there may be some variation in colour to images presented online. Happy to assist with additional images or information on request.

Thank you to the Artists and Mimili Maku Arts for the opportunity to present these works.
